Frank E. Deutsch, owner of Buckle-Up Driving School L.L.C., has a B.S. degree from Edinboro University of Pennsylvania in elementary education.
Frank has been a public school teacher since 1994,and has been teaching private driver’s training since 1998.
The student’s of the Buckle-Up Driving School L.L.C. will be provided with an academic program (classroom theory), as well as the practical driving program (behind-the-wheel lessons), that will enhance each student’s driving abilities, so that each student becomes a successful, defensive driver.
